cause we all know there is noting wrong! its all my fault! another day another excuse! why cant hughes net run as advertised?
modem 9000 porblems (lots) fed up with complaining (does no good) this page hard to load with 75 % in green! every time just new reasons why service is never good enogh! never fixed! all ways my fault acording to all the smart slurs.costomer service no help same for here! no good reveiws! not right to have to start a new topic every time seeing how first topic never fixed! why me bother? even if the service comes from space! my internet should be able to load ebay pics, this page, mapquest,and my local news! the only thing that make sense is they need to upgrade system! just to meet the expected advertised expectations! geuss i have too post a new subject tomarrow . good day

I hear your frustration but no post of this kind is going to help. I have, and others have, tried to tell you what you need to provide to get help but you choose to take this course instead. No one from Hughes is going to respond to a rant.
How do you think a statement like:
"even if the service comes from space! my internet should be able to load ebay pics"
is going to help anyone understand what issues you are having?
Posting "new subjects" each day will likely just have the Hughes folks put you on an "ignore list" (at least that's what I would do). However, if you would simply do as others have suggested and put a logical train of thought together you might be able to get the Hughes folks in helping. It's really up to you. -

Perhaps an employee sees your threads for personal attention but will be bewildered by your posts with zero information to work with, how can I see it any other way ? -

You don't get this do you Kimberly? It's neither brain science nor rocket surgery. ;-)
You start a topic, post the problems you have and the things you've tried, and then you STICK WITH ONE TOPIC (it's called a "thread" because it intends to keep things together in one place).
I've been thinking about writing a book "HOW NOT TO COMPLAIN!" so thank you Kimberly for providing another good (bad) example of this! -

and here's another thought:
Please tell us which model modem (HN9000 or 7000), signal strength (from system control center http://192.168.0.1 system status), results of web response test from HN http://consumer.performancetests.hugh.... Maybe also how long you've had service, where you're located and what time of day you're having the issues. -
