Invalid key [6]!!!
I can't access my Wordpress blog/webpage because I continually get this error message "Invalid key [6]". I see that this is a recurring problem on the forums here. Is HughesNet doing anything to fix this?
Please help - I'm at wit's end.
Why am I getting an "Invalid key [6]" error message when trying to access my blog?

Hello Rosie,
The turbopage may be impacting that specific site. Have you attempted to disable your turbopage? If not, please do and let me know if you're still unable to reach the website in question. Thank you, Sara
I'm including a link to the thread with instructions to disable your turbopage below:

See also http://community.myhughesnet.com/hugh.... I just bumped it to the top.
It could be turbopage. You might try different browsers too. If you have Chrome, try disabling the option "Predict network actions to improve page load performance" under the wrench menu - Preferences - Under the hood. I don't know if other browsers have a similar option, but couldn't find it in Firefox. -

I should also mention that I do not get the same error with my HN connection. I can load rosiecreekfarm.com and rosiecreekfarm.wordpress.com in both Firefox and Chrome. Is it only when you try to log in that you see the error?

According to technical support I do not have Turbopage associated with my modem (the HN7000S). I am able to log onto Wordpress to edit, but not to look at my page. This only happens here at home where I'm on HughesNet. If I go somewhere else it works just fine and then I can sort of "unlock"the problem for a day or less before I get the "Invalid key [6]" message again. It is the same with all browsers - Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer.
I was on the phone last week with technical support and they finally shuttled me off to a iTOK person who's opinion it was that it was indeed a problem with the HughesNet servers and that nothing could be done on my end.
Any other ideas? -
