I haven't been able to access The Weather Channel for several days. I have tried a lot of their pages - I've cleared my cache and tried finding them with a search engine - but nothing seems to work. I can't find anywhere that I may have it blocked on my computer. I have no other website access problems. Is it just me? And if so what's my problem? Thanks

Roger, thanks for posting in the community. What browser are you currently running? Have you tried other browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, etc...)? If not, please do and let us know if that makes a difference.

Thanks,
John

I am using IE9 and the page just comes up with "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" not an error code. Everything was fine until a week or so ago and now I can't access any of their pages no matter if I type in the URL, search with a search engine, or use my favorites. I have not tried any other browsers since it is the only website I am having a problem with.

It is always wise to have a 2nd browser because if IE crashes you are in trouble to get online to fix an IE corruption

Okay - I downloaded the Chrome browser - still can't access The Weather Channel. Tried the Microsoft Mr. FixIt to reset all my Internet Options to default - no luck. This is kinds drving me nuts -- why just this one site????? I can access their Facebook and Twitter pages - just can't get the weather.

I don't really have time to spend waiting on tech support and I can live without The Weather Channel - can't you just make some suggestions that I can try as I have time?

I just tried a computer with Windows XP and IE8 and was able to access The Weather Channel - so I think I will go over to the Microsoft website and find out if it could be Windows 7 or IE9 -- although I've had both for some time with no problems.

Thanks for trying to help.
