Gen 4 Power Max Plan Unavailable

Why is the Gen 4 Power Max plan "currently" unavailable when it was available last week? When will it be available?

    Thank you for the quick response. If I go to the HughesNet.com website, click the Power Max plan, and enter my address, then I get back information that Power Max is available at my address. Moreover, I was able to sign up for upgrading to Power Max by logging onto my account, but the upgrade was never activated. Thus, I called customer service, waited nearly 30 minutes before connecting with someone who took 15 minutes to tell me that I cannot get an upgrade at this time due to some issue. I am than told that they (i.e., HughesNet) has absolutely no clue as to when upgrading to Power Max will be available again. And now you (Sara) state that Power Max will be available in "the future." Is the future a week, a month, a year, a decade? Why such an ambiguous response to a customer?

    It would seem that proper customer service protocol would include posting a message stating that issues currently exist with upgrading to Power Max. Why frustrate your customers by failing to communicate service issues with them?
