This page says I currently owe

Balance Due: 2.5199999809265137

Why can this not correctly reflect my balance due? I couldn't even begin to guess how I would pay 2.5199999809265137. I don't know if this is cents or dollars.

Please fix this problem.

Hi Ken, does your online billing balance still show the same odd number today? If so, please post a recent case number so that I can access your account details and troubleshooting notes.
