FAP = Fair Access Policy. All customers have a limited amount of bandwidth, once you go beyond the allotted bandwidth for your plan, the service slows down until it refills. Gen 3 plans refill daily, Gen 4 plan refill monthly.
If this happens you may continue to use the service at a much slower rate or use restore tokens.
